Pestora currently offers free standard shipping on orders, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, transaction, or jurisdiction.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Pestora offers free standard shipping on orders.

Current estimated total delivery times, including handling and transit, are:

• United States: Up to 8 business days
• Outside the United States: Up to 10 business days

These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, address issues, high-volume periods, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing delivery issues.

Once an order ships, we will generally provide tracking information where tracking is available.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

Pestora offers a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to our Refund Policy.

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days from the date of the order.

Products may be eligible for return whether they are:

• Unopened
• Opened
• Used

Opening or trying the product does not by itself make an otherwise eligible return ineligible.

Pestora provides free return shipping for eligible returns made within the 30-day return period, subject to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and processed, subject to our Refund Policy.

Once processed by us, additional time may be required for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund.

Damaged, incorrect, or qualifying lost shipments may be eligible for a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Pestora's online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides technology and ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.

However, purchases made from Pestora are transactions between you and Pestora LLC, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify is not the seller of Pestora products merely because Shopify provides ecommerce technology used by our store.

Your use of Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and policies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PESTORA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating arbitration, the party raising a dispute agrees to first provide the other party with written notice describing the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.

The parties will have 60 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute before arbitration is initiated, unless applicable law requires or permits otherwise.

22.2 Agreement to Arbitrate

Except for the exceptions described below and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Pestora LLC agree that disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or products purchased from Pestora will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court.

This arbitration provision is intended to be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.

22.3 Exceptions

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from:

• Bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court
• Seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief relating to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of the Services
• Exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be subjected to mandatory arbitration

22.4 Arbitration Procedure

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by telephone, by video conference, on written submissions, or at another location permitted under the applicable rules.

The arbitrator may provide any individual remedy or relief that would otherwise be available in court, subject to applicable law and the scope of the individual dispute.

22.5 Arbitration Fees

Responsibility for arbitration filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be determined according to applicable law and the applicable AAA rules.

Pestora LLC will pay or reimburse fees where required by applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules.

22.6 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND PESTORA LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

An arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple individuals unless all affected parties consent or applicable law requires otherwise.

If a court determines that a particular portion of this class action waiver is unenforceable as to a specific claim or remedy, that particular claim or remedy may be severed while the remainder of this Section remains effective to the extent permitted by law.

22.7 30-Day Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in this Section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

An eligible opt-out will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms.

22.8 Survival

This Section will survive termination of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 23 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which Pestora LLC provides the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Subject to Section 22 and applicable law, disputes not subject to arbitration will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
