Refund Policy

We stand behind Pestora with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your product cost, subject to the return conditions below.

You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a refund, regardless of which product or quantity you purchased.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within the 30-day guarantee window regardless of whether the product is opened, used, or unopened.

Customers may request a refund even if they have already opened or tried the product. This applies to both first purchases and subscription rebills.

For subscription customers, please skip, delay, or cancel upcoming shipments before the next renewal charge to avoid an unwanted refill.

How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Ship Your Items Back

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Return shipping is completely free. Pestora will cover the cost of returning eligible products within the 30-day return window.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Pestora offers free standard shipping on all orders.

We also offer free returns within the 30-day return window. Eligible customers will not be charged return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please do not return it before contacting us.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping fees will apply.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal charge.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Orders Lost In Transit

If your order has not been received within 21 days, please contact us at contact@trypestora.com.

Once the shipment has been confirmed as lost, we will offer either a 100% refund or a free reshipment.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@trypestora.com with your order number and photos of the item received.

We will offer either a 100% refund or a free replacement.

Refund Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have documented evidence of abuse, including serial refund activity, fraudulent payment methods, or refund requests made in bad faith.

This does not affect legitimate refund requests made in good faith within the 30-day guarantee window.
